Dear Allen:
I would like to congratulate you and your company for the display and messaging provided to Boeing at the Institute of Navigation Conference. At precisely the right time, with conference attendees counting down, the clock rolled over to six years in all its glorious animation. We had Col. James Armour, GPS program manager and our customer with us for the event.
This was a major milestone for us; the constellation of 28 of our satellites reached the goal of six years. We are very proud of this and are pleased that you supported us in celebrating this event.
